I cannot resist posting this video today. I love the regular-ness and how honest it is and how every single person in it desperately needs a haircut. Me, too! Me, too!
I’m living the part of The Alchemist where the boy has to turn himself into wind, so I’m right there with this we crawl, we live, we’re small business. Feel free to light candles, laugh out loud or say prayers. All of it will help just fine. I’m almost there. Almost.
Myriam is going to start talking about Lessons from the Couch (see below). And I have NO idea what she’s going to tell you. All I can say is it’ll be good, ‘cuz that girl knows the truth when she sees it and my soul is in fine shape because of it.

Oh good God in heaven this is exactly what I needed to see and hear today–all week–all month. I feel like the Universe just dropped a huge friggin’ package off at my door. Thank you Jen and thank you Natala putting it somewhere where I could find it.

I adore this video Jen and the funny thing? I thought, how can I print out a picture of this gal to take to my hair stylist? I adore the hair dos (or un hair dos)!!

K…I finally got around to seeing this today on Monday. It’s a great Monday morning song too. I’m juggling about five really big things right now and instead of working on any of it, I taking off for an all day walk around Dartmoor.
Believe me when I tell you, if there’s a place to feel small and huge all at the same time, it’s walking the moors. Thanks for sharing this…it’s just what I needed today.
